On one side it has a double-sided tape that allows the Heel Gripper to be attached to the shoe.
On the other side it has a textured surface that supports the shoe on the foot. You can put it whole.
But in case you feel that putting it on completely makes the shoe fit you, we recommend cutting the Heel Gripper in half and placing the pieces on each side of the Achilles tendon.
